  • Bridgestone/Freestone Tires
    Developed and delivered an ethics program for the national sales management team.

  • Blue Cross - Blue Shield of Georgia
    Developed and delivered an ethics- training program for the associate broker sales division.

  • The Aleut Corporation 
    Conducted a comprehensive strategic business, managerial, and financial assessment of an Alaskan Native Corporation and its subsidiaries.  Facilitated and developed a comprehensive strategic plan, trained the board of directors in corporate governance, provided technical assistance and guided the search for a new CEO.

  • Space Mark International
    Designed and delivered a management assessment program, provided board governance training, facilitated the annual CEO evaluation, and developed corporate performance measures in a balanced scorecard format. 

  • TAC Services, Inc.
    Conducted board governance training and provided technical assistance in CEO evaluation process.

    Provided monthly one to one executive coaching to a group of CEO entrepreneurs.

  • Honolulu Police Department  
    Developed and conducted a leadership development program for mid-level police commanders.

  • United States Office of Personnel Management
    Designed ethics, leadership, and communication modules of instruction that are delivered to federal executives from across the United States in a two week residential leadership program.  Currently engaged as adjunct faculty teaching emotional intelligence, ethics, strategic planning and management, and executive communications.

  • Iuliuliluk Health Care System
    Facilitated the development of a comprehensive strategic plan, designed and facilitated a board self-assessment process and conducted board leadership and corporate governance training for a rural health care delivery system in the Aleutian Islands, Alaska.

  • City of Peoria, Arizona 
    Facilitated the design of a comprehensive organizational ethics and compliance initiative.

    Facilitated and developed a strategic business plan for an international engineering firm specializing in resort development projects.

  • Colorado Technical University
    Conducted an organizational assessment and developed a five year strategic business plan of operation.
    Developed a faculty certification program and student/customer service training program for faculty.

  • City of Colorado Springs, Colorado
    Provided ethics and leadership training for the city's senior management team. Facilitated the development of the city’s first comprehensive leadership development program.

  • Colorado Springs Police Department
    Developed and conducted ethics training program for direct line supervisors and command staff.

  • Pikes Peak Mental Health Center  
    Designed and delivered a comprehensive one-year leadership development program for 25 senior level behavioral health care executives that included assessment and one to one executive coaching for the CEO and his direct reports. Assisted the CEO in succession planning and leadership transition. Designed and facilitated a board self-assessment process and conducted corporate governance training for the board. Facilitated and developed a strategic business plan of operation for the organization and each of its subsidiary companies.

  • Overhead Door Company
    Facilitated the development of a strategic business plan for a $12 million sales company. Developed and implemented a customer service training program that allowed Overhead Door to win the Better Business Bureau’s Award of Excellence for 2003.

    Facilitated the development of a comprehensive strategic business plan for a regionally accredited community college.

  • The Resource Exchange, Inc.
    Developed and conducted an accountability training program for senior managers of a community centered board providing funding and quality assurance for El Paso County, State of Colorado. Facilitated and developed a comprehensive five strategic plan.

  • State of Hawaii, Department of Human Resources
    Developed and delivered leadership training to a group of senior level state agency department heads in the areas of strategic planning, accountability, performance management, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.

  • State of Hawaii, Department of Health
    Facilitated the development of a statewide comprehensive strategic plan for the State of Hawaii Division of Developmental Disabilities.

  • Western Area Power Administration, United States Department of Energy
    Developed and conducted a leadership development program for mid-level executives. Provided training in the areas of negotiations, strategic planning, emotional intelligence, personal influence and conflict resolution. Facilitated and conducted team development training for the Denver Regional Field Office.

    Served as ethics faculty for 10 years in the IRS’ Senior Management Readiness Program.

    Provided ethics training for the senior leadership, wardens and department heads.

    Facilitated initial organizational assessment with senior management team and provided best practices information and training.

    Conducted an organizational assessment and strategic planning initiative for a regional concrete and asphalt production and excavating company.

    Served as consultant for organizational change and leadership development initiative.

    Developed and conducted ethics training for a national leader development program.

    Conducted ethics and leadership training for Nebraska Department of Corrections, Missouri Department of Corrections, Florence, Arizona Probation and Parole Department, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Department.  Currently retained to provide a series of ethics and leadership training modules for the National Institute of Corrections.

    Facilitated a series of joint agency discussions leading to the development of a cooperative agency working agreement between two community providers.

    Developed and conducted leadership development program for the senior management staff of a regional landscaping engineering firm.

    Facilitated strategic review and plan for the Domestic Violence Early Response Team - a consortium of community providers concerned with the prevention of domestic violence.

    Retained since 2012 to provide ethics training for the Director’s leader developer program.

    Delivered ethics training in the agency’s leadership development program.

  • Rocky Mountain Healthcare
    Provided board governance training and facilitated annual retreat.

  • United States Office of Personnel Management
    Served as Program Director for the Indian Health Service Leadership Development Program and as faculty for three years teaching ethics, leadership, negotiations, and strategy. Served as Assistant Program Director for Leadership Skills for Non-supervisors in Shepardstown, West Virginia. Since 1997 has served as ethics faculty for Western Management Development Center programs.
